Current worldwide emergency has thrown life in a tizzy overnight WORK FROM HOME was a dilemma in the Indian Corporate mindset though It was considered as a privilege of a few or a bastion for women who happened to work in the corporate environment being given some mundane non critical tasks and processes to manage while operating from home. Where around the world .it is normal to work from home a couple of days in a week ,In India it wasn,t seen as a requirement or even something companies even had to think before So when the pandemic came around as a unwelcome guest we were all left with nothing ,but a persistence to adapt

When working from home, everyone considers themselves the ultimate multitask er, but reality is, you won't get as much done. With that being said, organisation is key — know what tools you need throughout the day and make them accessible to you.

Your body needs to move, especially when you're working from home. Make sure you dedicate some time throughout the day to exercise and if you're not in  lock-down, the fresh air and natural light will do you good.

Let's be honest, working from home and staying indoors, you're bound to put on a few kilos. Throughout the working day, make sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water — as well as snack on healthy options such as fruits.
